we live just outside city limits and now that it has turned colder the field mice that inhabit the fields behind our home have moved into our house. i have been using traps which havent been very effective. i would like to use some form of poison but i dont want to endanger my st bernard or mastiff since they are both inside/outside. anyone have any advice???

Okay my grandfather has Old English Quail Banties and BB red Old English Banties. I was given a banty by the guy who he got his chickens from. I need help getting a breed for her. Its a hen it doesnt have the red top notch or anything. It is solid black with no patterns, she is jet black. She is the size of a small crow. Maybe stands as tall as a pop can if that. Shes post to be full grown. Any ideas of her breed?

my horse has these things i call half bucks but he doesn't acutally buck he just lifts his feet off the ground but he only does this when I am riding him he doesn't do it to my friend who is a lot lighter or my dad who is a lot heavier. I am afraid they are going to get wrose so how do I correct this behavior

about one year ago my cousin told me that her little sister used to talk witha guy that was a ghost in her old house (that is where she lived) and my dog tyler barks at any one he dosnt know and we took him down to the basement and he started barking at nothing and once her dad was in the basement and somthing through a pool table ball at him

Ok everytime I feed him, he stays away from the bowl.
When my mom or brother feeds him, he eats.

When I pet him, he trys to bite me.
When anyone else pets him, he does nothing but purr

When I hold him, he struggles and bites
When anyone else holdes him, he relaxes and does nothing

When I call for him, he never comes
When anyone else calls for him, he almost always comes

He never sleeps on any of my stuff [pillows, room, bed, etc.]
But he always sleeps on my moms bed, and my brothers pillow.


Please help!!!!!!!

I want to pull a prank on her and this is the most logical I can come up with. She has an important riding demonstration for kids learning to rope and ride. Would viagra pills in his feed give him the b0ner I am trying to achieve? Is it safe? Are there some types of herbs that will cause this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the demonstration is in 2 days.

It has to be something that stays in a tank or cage,I cannot have dogs or cats where I live,but i would like it to be something they could hold,they are 4 and 5 years old.No SNAKES or fish,fish are boring!Thanks!

Sorry this will be long, but I want to give you a good idea so you understand better...

At around 11 yrs old, I finally got up the courage to go across the street and ask Mr. David if I could ride one of his horses. I rode that day and since then, he let me go there everyday to see the horses and sometimes we'd ride. He's the most AWESOME person I've ever met. Later, he started paying me 60 bucks a month to go feed his horses everyday wheile he was in Biloxi. (We live in Louisiana) He owns a shrimp factory there and he's a millionaire. He'd go there every month and come home a few days at the end of the month. Later, we had to move and so we moved here a few miles up... He still lets me go there to see the horses even if no one is there, and I went to see them after Hurricane Katrina. Sadly, his relatives that were there said that the two white horses (Big Momma & SplishSplash) had died from eating the grass after the hurricane. =(
