some toys i give my guinea pig- cotton balls, to sleep in, a big cardboard box with a door in it they luv to have enclosed spaces to go and feel comfortable. I also love to hang things from my guinea's cage, like lettuce on a string, andthey jump to get it. I also love the idea of mirrors and bells. it stimulated ur pets visually and they love tomake noises.
and oddly enough, mice hampsters and guinea pigs love dog biscuts, like the hard ones. if u hid those in a cardboard toilet paper roll, under some tissue paper, its like theyre really foraging but in a different sort of way. hopethis helps.

The best ''toy'', and everyone has them, are toilet paper rolls. It's better than just tossin' them out, and every small animal I've encountered, loves to shred them.
As for exercise, I've always just closed off a room (with no electrical wires or anything else I wouldn't want getting chewed), and let the piggy run around for a while. They LOVE being out of their cages.

They like to make tunnels. Give them cardboard boxes and they will make tunnels out of the boxes

Mainly stuff for them to chew on since they have a major cribbing habit and tend to chew up their bowls and water bottles something for them to chew on to trim their teeth and keeps them quiet.
