what is your favorite animal and why?

Dogs, puppies, puppies and more puppies. They are the best. Second would be any baby animals they are small cute and fun to watch. I love to play with my dogs. They are so happy to see me when I come home. They also love to be with me and play with me. They make great friends.

I am a dog lover all the way! But mostly medium and large dogs - I love all animals but I just love dogs - and I guess I like the large ones better because all the small dogs I have ever been around remind me of a cat and I feel like I would break it trying to play around and rough-house with it!

Her name was Duzzy. I saved her from a breeder farm. They were going to put her to sleep because she was to old to have puppies. When I heard of what they were going to do I beg for the dog. Once I got her, took her to the vet and had her spayed. I might add she had sores all over her and a half of tongue. It took weeks of medical treatment on this dog but once it was over and she was fine. I never had such a more loving dog as she was. She was abuse so much but yet she still loved people. I got to keep her for two years before her little heart gave out. She was a little Shih Tzu. Because of Duzzy I went into raising Shih Tzu's. So the answer is Shih Tzu's. Anyone that ever had a Shih Tzu knows what I am saying here about how they are and ohhhhh how they can love. ( This is in memory of Duzzy )

I would say either a cat or a rat. Vastly different species, I know, but they both are cool to me.
Cats are relatively independent and don't need that much, but they appreciate whatever they get when they get it and they are so fun to just lay on the couch and snuggle with.
Rats are like little tiny dogs that don't bark and don't need to be let out for walks all the time. They are super smart and will love on you to death if you let the become attatched to you.

I'd have to say my dog "Bodhi" & my cat "Sailor"...
They are always there to meet me when i get home & they constantly put a smile on my face. They are reliable & know when i need a cuddle or a cheer up then they do something funny to make me laugh. I dont know what i would do with out them, you can best describe them as Garfiled & Odie, my cat is fat & just wants to eat & runs the house & my dog is a small energetic dog who just wants to play.
They are the best companions ever.....

I have 3 cats and a dog. I love all of them very much. The cats like to snuggle and are very undemanding. The dog gives you unconditional love no matter how you look, smell, act or feel. So it's pretty hard to decide.

I love cat's. I have never had a dog or any other kind of pet. I have the same kind of personality as a cat and naturally I would be attracted to them.

Has to be cats. They're clean and independent so they don't nag and beg at you for attention all day long. Plus they drool on everything you own.

Snakes. I dont really know why. I think it might be somthing about how they are soo powerful and yet if you spend enough time with one it can become almost affectionate.
