I'm concerned my neighbours may complain about the noise, but they would be kept away from other properties, you'd probably only hear any noise if you were on the street outside, rather than in the neighbours garden. I'm interested in just three ex-battery hens, for a few eggs, and to educate the children. Any advice would be great, but mainly informed information about the noice levels!

My rabbit lives outside but is allowed to come into our lounge when we are home. Lately, everytime he jumps on the sofa he urinates on it. I don't understand why he does this as he is trained to go in his hutch and he is not restricted in any way from going outside to where he normally goes!
Is there anything I can do to stop or teach him from doing this??!

They have no visible sexual organs, but I was wondering if they have certain colors or what to tell the difference, because I have 3 of them and one seems to be "hunching" the other 2 , (and this is the time year that they mate I found out)

Something that they will have fun and start to learn about responsibility (for the 6 year old), but not too much work (since mom and dad will most likely end up doing all the work). Nothing bigger than the kids themselves. Mommy is allergic to cats.

About a month ago, my friend died and her horse just hasn't been the same. Ontop of that, she hurt herself which resulted in the mare having 3 hard casts put on her legs. So, she's just been a sad mare.. my question is if it's normal for horses to go through a depression like state after losing someone who was close to them.. like humans?
