Yes, they do, but they do make some very strange noises compared to cows and heifers.Mature bulls make everything from a deep low growl to a peculiar almost elephant -like trumpeting sound when they get excited, especially if there are several together in a field, or they meet up with new ones, or they see cows!

Yes. All cattle can moo. It's their way of communicating with each other. Just like humans, the ladies talk alot more than the guys, that's why you don't hear the bulls that much.

i dont think young cows or bulls make much noise. well i think that my cusin had a babie bull once and it mooed. im sure it was a boy, its name was hershey.
