Mice are very easy to keep and after the initial setup, don't cost much too take care of. Mice make great pets for people of all ages. They can become very tame and social with their human caregivers and are a lot of fun to watch. They also come in all sorts of colours, markings, and fur types- there’s different mice for everyone!
Compared to many pets, mice are also pretty easy to take care of. As long as you have a suitable cage for the number of mice that you have, you only have to clean the cage once a week, which is very easy and not time consuming at all. They are the perfect pet for someone with a busy schedule, but also appreciate any time you can spare. Once tame, they’re also easy to handle.
They're not loud as long as you house them in something like a 10 gallon tank and make sure you have a silent wheel. I prefer "Silent Spinners" they seem to be the best.

A cat. But watch the breed. Toms (the Morris kind) can be very vocal and intelligent. They learn to make a lot of noise to get treats or food, so they might meow a lot if she comes home at the same time every night.
Some long hairs are a little quieter, but then you have hair puffs to vaccum.
Definitely, a quiet cat.

Try to think about what you can give to a pet and how much time you have before you choose any particular pet. Also can you afford any vet treatments it might need if it became ill?
You don't say how old you are so if you are under 16 you will need parental permissin to buy any pet in the UK.

I think that the best pet for you would be a cat. I have three so trust me the only time they make noise in hen they want in, when they want out or if they hungry. I think that a cat would be great for you!!!!!

Depends, can you have any sort of animal where you live?
Also what does your mom say about this? Does she have a preference?
Are you available during the day to take care of the animal?
A cat might be best because you won't have to let it out.
