My German shepherd mix that i had for 4 years (not sure how old she is because i got her from an animal shelter) got hit by a car a week ago and i paid $1,293.95 for vet bills, she died two days ago. im so upset. how do i handle this? i loved my dog sooo much!

I've poison bombed the house, washed my cat and bombed where she stayed. I even put a new flea collar on her! But yet my house is still infested with fleas! What can I do?

I understand this, in my last question people told me that my dog's a mutt, and isn't worth anything basically. People, you need to realize that I'm asking if my dog can be registered, not about my dog's value. Anyways, onto the question. Basically, I was told that without some kind of registration/papers I can't prove that the dog is mine, and anyone can come along call the cops and claim the dog is theres, and that I stole it. (This happened to a purebred German Shephard we had had when I was much younger, we took it to court, but in the end lost >_>;;;) I don't care to register my dog for competitions, or shows or any **** like that. I'm not interested in that. I want to breed Wolf-hybrids, and Purebred siberian huskies (I've completely redid my backyard to have this done safely, and I keep the hybrids, and purebreds seperate) How can I prevent from someone claiming the dogs as their own?

My neighbours that live across the street have 2 dogs. Every Friday & Sat. night they go out & leave the dogs in their backyard & they bark NON-STOP for hours on end. And I'm not exaggerating when I say NON-STOP. For example: this weekend they barked Friday, Sat. & tonight (I'm at home with my baby so that's how I know). This has been going on since the beginning of the summer. Last night we had a huge rain storm & lighting & it rained ALL night & they were outside until atleast midnight cause I went to bed then & they still weren't home. I don't know if they have dog houses or what but they were out in the pouring rain & winds. How can people treat their animals this way? I don't want to confront them directly but I definitely feel that they need to be reported. Am I justified in doing this & how do I go about's doing this? THANKS!!!

Recently my neighbors cats have been dying without any reason and now its been almost 2 weeks. Since those two weeks ive been smelling something but now it really stinks. So we decide to look on what the smell is and we go look under the house and theres a dead cat. Its so graphic and smells soo bad.. God. Me and my mom tryed to pull it out and it got so nasty we decided to stop. I dont know what to do. I dont want to go to sleep smelling this horrible scent and knowing theres a cat full of worms right below me. I dont know what to do, and know its turning dark. What should i do? Please help.

I am a pet owner in Ohio. I have two wonderful dogs and two cats. My dogs have had the police called on them before for barking because when they are outside in our fenced in back yard, they bark at our neighbors and anyone who walks down the street with another dog in tow. I know who is calling the police. Our new neighbors are, who also have a dog who barks. I will say that I have been more aware of when my dogs are barking, and make them stop. THey are good dogs. THey listen. I do want them to bark occasionally though. You never know when you need a Gard Dog around, and my neighbor has two teenage boys with a lot of friends around at all hours of the day, hanging out in their driveway. Now to get to the cats... My neighbor has told me several times that my cat sits on her car. I do keep my cats in but occasionally they sneak out. My point is what can she do? I don't have the ONLY cats on the street that's outside. What are the laws in Ohio?? I just want this all to end

for the last few weeks my dog has been acting weird...first he was always lying down behind the fire place on the cold floor. from there things got worse...he has green eyes(where there suposed to be white). hes not eating or drinking and is moaning and groaning in pain and he smells really bad .its also up to a point where he doesnt want to walk. also he is pucking up yellow please help.

A couple of years ago my grandma started feeding a stray cat that wandered into our neighborhood. She had kittens shortly after, and since then has kept breeding. We have about 12 stray cats and kittens now wandering around our yard, and we don't know what to do. They are impossible to catch, they run away when you get close to them, and we've had a few get caught in my dad's truck engine, and we can't live with this anymore. My family doesn't know how to get rid of them, and we don't know if there is any place we can call to get help. My grandmother doesn't just want to stop feeding them, she thinks they'll die in our yard or stay for the shelter she provides for them. If you know what we can do about this situation, please tell me. (serious answers ONLY)

I'm wondering what breed my long haired cat is. I narrowed it down to siberian or norwegian but comparing pictures also included the possibility of a maine coon. My cat is orange tabby with white on his chest, muzzle, paws, and undertail. He appears to have points on the tips of his ears. Can someone tell me what breed he is? He also has a plume tail. Theres not a good chance you can tell w/o a pic, sorry.

when they don't want anything in their house climbed on, shed on, or scratched? They never have money for a vet. Why do people do this? I was just wondering. Wouldn't it be better to just get a stuffed cat that needs no care or training? When will they realize cats are living creatures with likes, dislikes, and natural functions?

I have a 10g tank with the following: 3 Male Guppies (Max. Length 1.5 Inches), 2 Male Dwarf Sunrise Coral Platies (Max. Length 1.5 Inches), and 2 Ghost Shrimp (1 Inch).

Well our next door neighbors dog would sometimes break the gate and go into out backyard and when my cats sees the dog he would hiss his back fur would stick up and his tail would get REALLLYY poofy. Why is he doing that?
(btw my cat is a really nice cat so he usually won't do that.. o_O; he really never does it =o)

(by the way its my little brothers video in the background :P)

And does anyone know how to lure fish to somewhere, because 2 of the little ones have gone to the back of my tank (i have a rena aquacube and they have gone to the heater compartment) and i think they like it there but i dont and i would like to move them back and cover up the gap they went through.
When i got the tank i didnt know what this black thing was for, but now i do!
