i feed her regurlarely its jus she wont put on weigt does she look healthy right here?

as long as her bones aren't protruding she is OK. i cant see her ribs so she looks like shes at a good healthy weight

She is in great shape. I worked at an animal hospital and most owners that brought their pets in for looking to skinny where all "wrong". We're so used to seeing overweight pets, so the ones that are actually in great shape look too "skinny". When you look down from above on your dogs back she should have a waist. Like previous answers states; you should not see the ribs. BUT when you drag your fingers across her side you should be able to feel the ribs without pushing. That is how the vet assesses your dogs weight. We used the scale 1-9, where 5 is perfect and the closer to 9 the heavier the pet and vice versa. Your pitt is beautiful, she is still young and she will get more muscle mass as she gets bigger. She's a 5!

She is really cute. She looks just about the same as my 4 month Pit. My 4 year old pit was the same. She took the first year growing up then started putting on weight and muscle. She rock hard now at 55 lbs.

She looks perfect to me. My pit went for his yearly vet visit 2 weeks ago and the vet said he needs to lay off the groceries,lol. We told her he is very active and has 2 acres to roam, he's 1 1/2 yrs. old and weighs 53 lbs. During his exam she said "he is definitely all muscle" .

She's perfect! and real beautiful too. She will fill out more muscle after she's one year. She appears to be well filled out, her spine is not sticking out, nor her pelvic or rib bones. Why are you worried?

Don't think so, they normally have that type of body structure. I love pit bulls too, and have one as well!! >

no shes not skinny, in fact she has great pit bull posture. that's how pits are supposed to look, athletic but no bones showing.

Nope, she is in beautiful shape. Long as you can't see the ribs when they are standing still or the hip bones you are good to go....
