I've been feeding him in his habitat but dont want him to get used to that, havent had him long. I feed him prekilled so he doesnt expect his food to dangle in the air.

I put him in a new container for feeding, feed him... then what? Should I just reach in and put him into his habitat? Just wanted to make sure because I thought I'm not supposed to handle him after feeding because he might regurgitate the food.. is their a certain way I should hold him after he has eaten and I'm transferring him to his habitat?

Its found on the underside "chin" like..the mouth/jaw, pointy part. Some of the black stuff is attatched to her hair and some appears to be down at the skin. If I hold her still and rub at it a bit some of it comes off. She doesnt appear to be in any pain when the area if touched. Again, shes an indoor cat, thanks

His teeth, mainly in the very back, have a green/brown shell covering his tooth. His breath is horribly indescribable. I used to be able to scrape it off, and that was the only way to get rid of it and make his breath smell a little better. It's getting harder, and he's being even more stubborn and pushing my hand away, and I realy don't want t hurt him. His gums are swollen and red and I'm so afraid that they hurt him, like when he eats. I think he has like dog gingivitus. I brushed his teeth once, and there was soooo much blood, and I can't bare to put my dog through pain. But, I will if it will make his teeth healthier and less painfull. Should brush his teeth often, maybe like every other day, so his teeth and gums become stronger and healthier? This was my idea, but I wasn't sure and just wanted to check on it. And if i should brush his teeth, is there a certain dog tooth paste that can be used? Please helpp!! Thanks.

Ok first of all I am not a breeder, I don't have dogs and I do NOT plan on breeding dogs at any time in my life.

Second of all I am not asking what the risks are. Third of all HOW COMMON is it for a dog to die during birth(the female giving birth) and HOW COMMON is it for a dog to have complications during birth.

I want to know HOW COMMON it is not the risks of giving birth.

I know it sounds dumb but I am bored. And I kind of would like to know what colors would look best on them. One of them is a grey and white kitten with blue slanty eyes, there is a link to a pic below..

http://kittenwar.com/kittens/132375/

But her eyes are really blue, they just look greyish-green in that pic. Now the other one, I don't have a picture of him, but he looks like this:

Except he has green color around his pupil and has and orange belly.

Thank you for your opinion!

My parents were given a 10 week old Boston Terrier pup, male. They got him last Tuesday. They noticed that he bled a few drops at the end of his poops, bright red drops. He also has been defecating ALOT. He is eating Purina One puppy food, I think. The guy who gave it to them swears he was fine and even checked out OK at the vets when he got his shots. ANY IDEAS what might be wrong with him? Other than that, he is frisky and happy and plays, they say. They are calling his old vet on Monday, but I wanted to ask yall what you think!
PLEASE give me your opinion!
THANKS

My cat just had kittens 4 weeks ago, I'm feeding them replacement milk and they are half way weaned. The mom cat's been missing for four days. She has never left when she has kittens to care for. I hope shell come back. She's had 6 litters in the past year and 9 months. Also the longest she has ever stayed gone was a day in a half at the most. She is six years old and I've lived here at the house for six so she knows where she lives. She's an outdoor/indoor cat. Do you think she'll be back, or is it a loss hope?

People keep asking about horse slaughtering, and a lot of people are answering horse are being over bred, and thier are a lot of back yard breeders. I don't get this people are acting like they are being over bred by back yard breeders like dogs are. I don't see this at all here in New Egnland. Horse are a lot harder to breed than dog. Is this a problem in other states or are people talking about things they know nothing about.
I have been around horses for 16 years i know a lot horse probaly over a hundred. But I can count on one hand how many of them ever bred thier mare. And these were big time show horses. And these people spent thousands on stud fees, vet care. And spent many hours perepering for it. I just don't get people saying horses are over bred by back yard breedsers.

I'm so annoyed with my cat. He only started doing this recently too. He will not drink water unless it's fresh and it's in a martini glass (I swear to God). I think he likes the martini glass because it's propped up a little bit higher than his regular water bowl, and because it's tapered so that he can drink every last drop as easily as the first. The thing is that he won't drink from either bowl (the water bowl on the floor by the food bowl) or the martini water glass unless it's fresh, and ice cold (from my Brita filter container that I keep in the fridge). If it sits there for more than half a day I'll catch him drinking water from the toilet instead, which is disgusting because I sleep next to him at night and I don't want to sleep next something that smells like something I got rid of earlier that day, if you know what I mean. In general I keep the toilet seat closed, and when he can't get to that water he'll whine and whine and cry until I give him new water. Advice?

The wound is on her neck. She has had a cone on frontward and backward, gauze dressing and low stick paper tape around her neck, and her nails have been clipped. But she still manages to scratch and open up the wound again. She is on antibiotics and I think the vet is beside herself too. This is the 3rd week since her surgery.
