Well, a fish tank without filtration....everyday! Twice a week would be even bad. You really need a filtration system unless it's a small fish bowl!
Godlfish feeding should be once or twice a day.

that is just a bad seniro. A tank with no filter for a goldfish is bad news, if your going to make the decision to buy a goldfish, be responcible enough to buy a HOB flter, like a aquaclear or pengiun.
Goldfish dont belong in small tanks either, a good fish will need at least 55 gallons to fully grow, if you keep it in a small tank without a filter it cant possibly live for more than a month in those conditions, which is a shame as goldfish if properly cared for can live for 30 years.
But if you must ask, it should get a 20% water change everyday, as goldfish are very messy fishes and produce alot of ammonia.
You should feed fish once a day but small ammounts.
Overall, your looking at a bad situation, as without a filter on a goldfish tank is just crazy. Bad enough that the tank isnt probably 55 gallons, but with no filter...it is bad situation for the goldfish.

All tanks need filtration. If you have a tank with gold fish, most likely it is seriously over stocked (1 juvenile gold fish needs 10 gallons, 1 adult needs 20+ gallons) and they need excellent filtration. For example a 29 gallon tank, get a filter rated at 30 gallons as the minimum size, not maximum size. For example, not this: http://www.tetra-fish.com/sites/tetrafish/catalog/productdetail.aspx?id=1276&cid=277
but this instead: http://www.tetra-fish.com/sites/tetrafish/catalog/productdetail.aspx?id=1276&cid=278
Do a 25% water change with a gravel vacuum every week.

Since goldfish emit a bit of ammonia I suggest you replace 1/2 of their bowl water( you didn't say how big the tank or bowl was) once a week if large amount of fish once a month . feed them no more than they can eat in 5 min. twice a day.
I have some that have lived well over a year in my tank.
