If your dog starts swelling give 1 or 2 Benedryl to him. One if small and 2 if large, if swelling continues after 30 mins you can give 1 more. If the swelling is on the face and the dog starts having trouble breathing an Emergency Vet visit is need RIGHT AWAY!

well how old is it? Get stinger out, don't pinch it with tweezers that will release more of the stingers venom into the dogs body. get it out with a credit card or fingernail. Put cold compresses on it to take care of swelling. look for signs of an allergic reaction, dogs can be allergic to bee stings just like humans, give them Benadryl or any kind of allergy medicine. 10mil for under 30lbs, 25mil for 30lbs to 50lbs, 50mil for over 50lbs. If its a puppy better to give it some anyway since it's body is so small.

Your dog got STUNG by a bee.

If you see signs of an allergic reaction, then digyourman is right.

Probably, though, it is no big deal. Rub aspirin on it to relieve some of the pain. Really though, if the dog is not allergic (and it probably isn't) it's just uncomfortable and will go away in a few days. Dogs get stung all the time.
