6 litters in the past year and 9 months!!! Why on earth have you NOT spayed your cat!!! Are you not aware of the pet overpopulation problem and that MILLIONS of cats are euthanized each year due to people like you that are irresponsible pet owners!! No wonder the cat is gone...she probably is being tortured and worn out by having SO many kittens over such a short time period. I suspect she may be dead!! Either died of exhaustion or was killed somehow. To tell you the truth...she might be better off so she will not have to be tortured by YOU anymore. I hope she does not come back because you are obviously uneducated and irresponsible and should never be allowed to own pets. I feel sorry for those kittens. What have you been doing with the other litters? Letting them have even more kittens!!

Are you crazy, or just plain stupid? Hopefully, that poor cat has been saved by a new, responsible person who will spay her and keep the poor girl inside. If that is not the case, she is probable DEAD from exhaustion, or another animal, or from getting run over. Maybe she went out to commit suicide.
SIX LITTERS....I am sure she if a great grandmother by now. Each one of those female kittens can have a litter of 4 or more at six months of age and so on. It is people like you that make the pet over population such a problem.
I am sorry for being so blunt, but maybe, hopefully, you will get the point and do the right thing by spaying her and keeping her inside if she comes back. As for the kittens, god help them.

Hopefully some one took her in and got her spayed, for pete's sake.
Don't you know how many unwanted cats are in the world already? You just added another 2,000 to it!! You also just mentally retarded those 4 kittens by feeding those kittens replacement milk and not confining the mother and allowing her to roam where ever she wanted too.
Not to mention allowing her to get pregnant once again, because she went back into heat AGAIN!!
Why can't people start taking responsibility for their animals like grown mature adults and stop the over populating of these animals so there can be "NO KILL" shelters!!!
Do you really think your female cat wants to keep producing kittens? No it's pain she has to endure because humans allow it, NOT by nature.
How about we put you out on the street and allow you to keep giving birth one right after the other and see how you like it?
Be a responsible pet owner and stop the whoring of your cat!!

She's overwhelmed with having kittens and I think she cannot cope. She has spent 18 months being weighted down by so many babies. In short she has spent,1 year 2 months being pregnant.3 months and 2 weeks rearing kittens. She is in short, exhausted . At 6 years old it is not doing her health any good,I am sure she is a great mum but do her a favor .She needs a break, it is in your hands ,please do not put her through this again. She is your cat and its your decision.I hope she comes back.In the meantime get some help with the kittens and just hope she doesn't bring anymore home.In terms of Human years she is 49 years old.If the kittens have semi weened they will be okay. I hope she comes home safe and sound please keep her in when she gets back.Let her have a rest.

A vet can still spay a cat that's pregnant, they do it at the humane society all the time, so you can't use that as an excuse.
If she's been missing four days, I'd start to suspect that she's been killed by something--a dog, car, raccoon, coyote, who knows. Mother cats don't stay away from nursing kittens especially when they've had litters before.

Hon 1st off PLEASE have her spayed! all those kittens! How many of them will end up in a pound ? how many will be put to sleep because no one wanted them? How many will get killed on the road or by other animals? 2nd a responsible owner doesn't let kitty run wild, that is asking for heartbreak! Cars, dogs, wild animals all will not think twice about killing her!I know I sound harsh but i have seen a lot of beatiful cats killed like that! Cats do know where their homes are, yes, but what if she got hurt or killed? At 6 years of age she is not as fast as she used to be, she might not be able to outrun a dog looking for a snack, or dodge that speeding car like she used too? I suggest putting up lost posters, and calling your local pound, ask them too if there are any low cost spay programs in your area... I do not know if she will come home, I hope she does, but if you continue letting her breed and letting her run loose I gurantee you she will not be around much longer. If you love her spay her and keep her indoors where she IS SAFE!

Cats often wander off, but YES she does know where she lives. It does seem strange that with kittens she hasn't come back yet though. My cat left and was gone for 9 days but one day he just came home. I hope your Mommy cat is ok, the fact that she's been gone 4 days and has kittens at home makes me wonder about her safety, I will pray that she is safe and comes home. It's a good thing that you are able to care for and feed the kittens. God bless you and the kittens and the mommy as well! I hope she comes home safe and sound soon!

She might have gone to find someone who will be responsible and spay her.
If she is an indoor/outdoor cat she has a life expectancy of 5-7 years. You have been lucky so far. She might come back and be just fine, just upset for some reason. However, you might want to prepare for worse.
Does she have a microchip? You should call the shelters and see if anyone has come in. Either way, they can keep an eye out for her. In another day or so, put posters out.
I hope she does come back. I really do. Unaltered cats are hard to predict, tho. 6 litters in a year is a strain, physically and mentally. She may have just wanted to get away.

First of all, 6 litters?! If the cat comes back spay her! It's unhealth for her to have any more kittens and if her kittens haven't been spayed you've just added hundreds of cats to the overpopulation.
Put a lost pet ad and look to see if any local shelters have her on www.petfinder.com.
I hope you find her and she hasn't gotten hurt, but please spay her if she does come back.
