It's a normal phase the kitten is going through. At the vet hospital where I work we call it the "killer kitten" phase. Her instinct are forcing her to want to stalk and hunt and kill everything that moves, to prepare her for killing prey and feeding herself. Instinct hasn't caught up to the fact that now cats aren't having to survive in the wild, and that all she needs to know how to stalk is her food dish.
She also is not with her mother, who would teach her not to bite and scratch and when enough is enough. You can teach her by not letting her play with or attack you. Give her lots of toys to chase and kill such as feathers on a stick, balls, toys inside a paper sack that she can discover, a great toy called a Cat Dancer, and so on. Don't roll her over onto her back and tickle her -- that's an aggression thing and will make her fight back.
If she gets too rough with you, stop playing with her and walk away, or give her a time out in a room by herself for a few minutes.
And, mainly, she'll outgrow this phase by the time she is five or six months old.

Never allow a kitten to bite or scratch you even if it is during play. Always have a toy near by so when the kitten wants to play rough, give him/her a toy.
Another trick to try is play with the kitten several times a day with his/her toys. Don't stop playing with the kitten until he/she is ready to quit. This helps wind the kitten down to take a nap and also teaches them to only be rough with their toys.
I learned this information when I just go three male kittens last Wednesday. I hope this helps.
Good luck!

Well, she's a kitten, a baby, she's suppose to be like that. Try getting her some chew toys so she won't be on you all the time.

shes purely a kitten so she likes to play plenty. She dosent be responsive to whilst shes being to ruff or getting over excited so then thats your activity to faucet her and enable her be responsive to that shes too ruff. additionally whilst she gets older she would be waiting to quiet down plenty extra.

Stop playing with her when she gets aggressive. Making a loud noise or spritzing with water also can work.
