Hes 10 weeks old and barely potty trained. We keep him in a crate at night, feeding him at about 6 am, noon, and 6 pm, and hes in his crate at night. When school starts, no one will be home from 8 am until about 4 pm. What should we do with him during the day?? should he stay in the crate all day? and how should we feed him, considering no one will be around at his normal feeding time? im also worried that during the day, since no one can let him out, he wont be potty trained properly. should we litter box train him instead?

my cat is about a year and 3 months old he is a orange tabby cat i dont know what is wrong with him i cant really afford to take him ot the vet but every time he eats food he throws it all back up he is starving half of the time i give him plenty of food but he throws it back up is there a type of cat food for sensitive stomachs? please help! i want my baby to be Happy!

ok so i found this litte kitten abanneden by his owners and was thinking what should i name him? ok now for thps4 everytime i try getting online the connection works fine but everytime i try getting it to connect to the internet it doesnt work?! everytime i connect it to LAN it works and can not find the servers? how can i fix this? thanx

Oh what a time I have had with a newborn kitten. Poor little thing. He was born with a malformed leg. The bottom portion never formed, and the was dangling at birth. The mama chewed the bottom portion off. We have not expected it to pull through, but its a real little trooper. The mama is caring for it, it is nursing well, and otherwise seems ok. It is 8 days old now. Our vet said not to bring it in, there wasnt much to do for a newborn kitten, but to clean the wound, and put neosporin on it. The wound is looking alot better, but today I noticed there is maggots in the wound!! I cleaned it w/ peroxide this time, irrigated it w/ saline and put more neosporin on it but its not possible to get the maggots out of the wound. I cant get ahold of the vet till monday morning. Does anyone with experience know what to do to kill the maggots? I do know that to a certain degree, they are actually beneficial, but they can also start infesting into the animal and kill it.

I use socks to help wipe any dirt left on before entering the arena. Wet wipes for manure marks etc.

Peppy Spray really puts an awesome sheen on the tail (unless your mule is allergic to it and spends the whole class itching his poor tail) did I say I have peppy spray can for sale now?? lol

Today I just purchased a goldfish, and it's already gone belly up on me.

It looked like a healthy fish when I bought him, but it was an hour-long trip back home before I could put him in the 20 gallon tank and I imagine he was stressed from the journey. The water is clean as I just changed it this morning, so it can't be that. The filter was primed and a new cartridge put in a good 5-6 hours before the goldfish came home.

Do you think it's the stress that made him go belly up?

Anything I can do that might help him live?

I have been trying to litter train my pet rat who is about a year old. He is not doing very well for some reason he just doesn 't seem to be getting it. The only place there is litter is in the litter box the rest of his cage doesn't have any. I had to put a box in half of his cage bottom because he was peeing in the corners and not his litter box. Is he too old to train?? Should i just give up? Maybe trying to train with cat litter is not the right choice. What litter do you use with your rats??

Good points-

gaveneal has not rusted yet.

As far as sturdyness, been a pretty decent trailer, haul about 5 thousand plus miles/yr with it.

Bad points-
windows leaked 2 years into owning it.

the door's hinge completely busted off and bent, leaving a huge area of welding work. *this year*

The wheel well lights go out about 2x/yr , they completely rusted out at the hookups and had to be reworked on.

Tell me about your trailers and good/bad experiences.

Ok its a slow night on here, lets get it rolling.

There appears to be 2 sides on here in reguards to this question.

I have always felt that respect comes from training and building a bond with your horse that way.

Then you have the other ones that believe you go out there with a bucket of treats, pet them, kiss them and build respect and trust that way.

How do you accomplish this and how many horses have you honestly owned (living breathing ones).

What fish can i keep in a ten gallon tank and how many can i keep i don't want any more brakish water fish. i had four guppies and they all died. i am looking at tetras or goldfish or gouramis or something like that. would a plecostomus be okay with fish like that also? i want as many fish as i can but i don't want to overcrowd the tank. and, is it true that the fish that you keep only grow as big as their tank lets them? does it affect them at all, like make them die faster?

I have 2 Red Bellied Pacus and four assorted Cichlids in a 14 gallon tank and i was wondering how big and how fast they will grow in such a small tank? Also i feed them tropical fish flakes and at present none of them are over 3 inches long. Thank you for any advice or guesses!

they are the same colouring as the mum, silver/grey with a blue tail. the male died after the 1st lot but i think he was blue too. they all appear to have a gravid spot, don't they need to be pregnant to show this ?

Ok, so, my guinea pig doesn't seem to like orange slices, which, we all know, has Vitamin C in them. We have tried these pill looking things, but, my guinea pig doesn't like those, either! We also, have tried the drops for water, which, my guinea pig didn't mind, but it made the water bottle very dirty! Also, our vet said that they weren't the best. Our vet said that our guinea pig needs Vitamin C, since his coat isn't soft, and because they can't produce it themselves! But, my guinea pig doesn't like any of the options! Does anyone have any other ideas? I would really appreciate any guinea pig experts! Thank you SO much!

But, If he gets in the bed, is there a chance of crushing the poor little thing if I turn over?
He's a tiny all-black cat (with no tail.NOT MY FAULT) and he loves to see what I am doing.
Is it safe to let him sleep on the bed?
