I took my black cat to be spayed and they shaved a small patch on her paw for the drip. The fur grew back white! Anyone else had this happen? She looks quite cute though with her white stripe, we call her corporal though her real name is storm.

my kitten is almost 6 months old, he has a habbit of sucking and chewing on things violently! how can i get him to stop without yelling and squirting him all the time. I dont mind if he's sucking on things, but the chewing is getting old!

Congested Kitty
My two month old kitten started sneezing 5 days ago and the symptoms have only gotten worse. He is on amoxacilin and in two days will be done with it. He developed stuffy nose and watery eyes and is getting more congested causing trouble breathing. What can I do?

I have an 8 month old dachshund and she has not had a heat cycle, but i have noticed on 2 occasions that she has leaked this brown smelly liquid, and I am not sure if it is coming from her anus or her female part, could this stuff be part of her heat cycle?

I woke this morning to find my male beta that i've had for 3 years bloody and on the floor. his tank was knocked over and i assumed he was dead. As i started moping up around him i noticed he wasn't in the same position and I touched him and he moved! I returned him to his water, but he's missing some scales and looks badly beaten. Now that he's back in the water i can see his gills moving but that's about it. Every so often he'll swim around. What can I do to help him survive?

I live in los angeles, Ca. by the infamous Machado lake where the infamous Reggie the alligator lives...... there has been previous attempts to catch him........... they even had the late Steve Erwin (rip) attempt to catch him........ anyhow what is going on its a small lake......... they can catch Saddam Hussdein in Iraq in a hole .... but they cant catch an alligator in a swamp......... what gives?

When I'm lunging my horse, he will not go counterclockwise. He's fine in the other direction. If I do get him to go to the left, he trots very fast, then he stops and bucks. Then he will walk in the other direction. HELP!!

in the quality of the canned food? I feed my dogs Canidea All Life Stages Chicken, Lamb and Fish in Chicken Broth Dog Food and I buy from different pet stores and online. I've been noticing that from can to can the color of the food can vary (from lighter pink to darker meat color) and so can the texture (too dry to too moist). As far as I know these cans have another year to their expiration date and I only buy about one case (26 cans) each month. Should I be concerened about the quality of this brand? Is it the way I store the unopned cans (in the garage)? Has this happened to you?

My dog, Padfoot, and I are very close. He sleeps in my bed every night, and recently with the addition of a new boyfriend in my life, he doesn't get to spend as much time with me. He's reverted back to not being housetrained, to get my attention, and is acting much differently. I've tried to help him adjust as much as I can, but I also want to spend time with my boyfriend with him not trying to get in the middle of us. Suggestions?

I have a cat with flea allergies. I used to give her Frontline, but since I got ceramic tile floors, she hasn't had a problem with fleas in years. Recently, she got out to the utility room, which is usually closed off to her, and I think she picked up some fleas. :( I'm getting some frontline today for her, but what can I do to keep her from scratching and losing more fur on the irritated areas?
