Doves are home pigeons. They feed on grains generally. I would like to know whether they eat small insects and moths.

I have only had my cat for about 3 months (hes 5 months old) however he has just recently in the past few weeks been going outside.Just recently a week ago I have noticed him scratch alot and bite himself and i seem to have been bitten by fleas - i went straight out and bought some flea spray, sprayed him then 3 days later done him again. That was last week i have since done him once but i still have been getting bitten. I bought him a flea collar yesterday and put it on him, i have hoovered were he sleeps as there were horrible black bits which i think was flea muck - however i have just noticed a flea on me and the cat wasnt even around so now i think they are everywhere. I really dont wanna get rid of my beloved cat but at the same time dont want fleas in my house! its not as if i stroke him alot either and he rarely leaved the 1 room - so what can i do to get rid of them?

I have a question regarding cats and eating spiders, more specifically, poisonous spiders. Canines are unaffected by most neurotoxins that certain spiders produce, such as the Tunnel Spider but what about felines? My young feline recently chewed but did not digest what I suspect to be a Tegenaria agrestis, commonly known as a Hobo Spider. Considering the type of toxin this species has and the fact my cat has not ingested the arachnid, is it safe to assume he wouldn't be affected? And if he was bitten in the process of attacking this spider, would the toxin it produces effect him? Please, only answer this question if you truly have an answer and have done the extensive research I have. This isn't a question for amatures. I will contact my vet regardless but I have about two hours until I can do so and I'd like to hear some educated opinions on the situation.

my hamster, if you read my past entries, named gorby was abused, up untill now, it was going quite smooth, i would pop his cage and have hip take a treat from my hand, making him go farther every time, today, i woke up, cooked some corn beef hash, walked back to my room, and poped the cage again, no treat, and he reaced violently, he slammed his front paws into my finger attempting to push them to the ground. ive put my finger in there before without treats, and he never acted like this before, he was still afraid of me, but he wouldnt close his eyes when i got near, now its back to just like last week, all mean and anti-people. he does have a cage mate, and it appears to be jelous of him, he would try to steal treats from him, try to get him to move so he can sleep in his spot, hes jelous of stalin, and stalin never showed any aggression, hes got an angel like personality, never mean or anything, even when gorby gets mad at him, so stalin cant be the cause, i did clean the cage tho.

What is the average salary? I live in Alabama.
How important is it that the college is accredited? I found a brochure for an online course through a junior college. But they are still working on getting vet. tech program accredited.

Good Morning,
I have 2 Dogs (Yorkies), And 2 cats (Calicos), They have all pretty much been raised together. My dogs have always slept on our bed. But now my 1 female cat has been wanting more attention than usual, and want's to sleep on our bed. My dogs do not like this, but my main problem is my hubby is allergic to cats. He is fine as long as they are not right next to him. How do I keep my cat off the bed? We have to leave our bedroom door open so we can hear the kids. Any suggestions on why she is suddenly changing, wanting more attention, and wanting to sleep with us. I know she is not pregnant both cats are spade. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks A head of time.

Can someone please give me any advice on handling my pet spotted python? Every time i attempt to pick him up he strikes and somtimes bites is there a particular way you should pick them up initially? Will it stop being so aggressive or have i choose the most aggressive in the store? He is about 10 months old and i have had him for about a week. Is it true they are calmer when they are cold?

Not the one I use on Yahoo! Answers, just my regular old nappy hair. Whenever I let my hair out, my bird becomes extremely afraid of me. Shouldn't he still be able to recognize me?

Our cat has kittens coming soon, even though she's just a baby herself at 6 months old (we rescued her from the street and she was already pregnant).

She is passing wind really badly and about every 10 minutes. Does this normally happen when they are close to giving birth?

Also, she is sleeping very heavily and it is hard to wake me up. Is this usual too? It has only been happening today.
