I looked down the list someone had sent you and it is not complete. My husband and sons are extremely allergic to pets and also have asthma. After intense research and after consulting with their allergist, I bought a Lhasa Apso. He is perfect. My family has no problems at all! AND- it is the FUR that causes the allergy or asthma. Certain breeds have HAIR - same as humans and this is fine for your conditions. Other breeds have FUR - and this causes the problems!

No dog causes asthma.

There are no hypoallergenic breeds regardless of what a breeder might try to sell you.
You can have a reaction to a Chinese Crested due to dander not fur.
If you have asthmatic reactions to dogs you can try allergy shots.

Schnauzers, Poodles, Schnoodles, Bichons

Dogs that don't shed are the above that are less likely to cause allergies due to hair dander!!

The dander and not the hair is what causes allergies.
