I love my dogs a lot and they are affectionate and "aim to please" with my husband and I. Do you think they feel loved by us petting them, feeding them, talking to them and spending time playing with them? What about when it's just the 2 of them while we are at work? Do they feel unloved? What do you think?

I feel I should, but I don't want her to know its me... And she will probably think its her neighbor cause they are having personal issues... I don't want to make that worse or she'll end up drowning the neighbors poodle (litereally, she is thinking of doing it now!)... how to save the animals... be anyonomous... and not make her think it is the neighbor?

I want to report to the SPCA, but she'll think it is the neighbor (hopefully won't know it was me). Can't talk to her as she is agressive and always right.... No crime sommited and i can't prove conversations...

How to handle this... I don't want to leave it alone because of the cats and dogs of hers that she admits to beating when she gets upset with them!!!

I have a humane trap in my neighbors backyard because my cat got out a few weeks ago and we have not been able to catch him. I just went to go check on it and there is a possum in there. I'm more of an inside girl so I don't know anything about possums. Should I be affraid to let it out of the cage? I'm affraid it is going to attack me when I let it out.

A friend of mine has 2 Shih-tzus that she bought back in May (2 sisters that are now 6 mo. old). Anyhow, she had a few concerns about the pups - they aren't really growing and are quite on the small side. Anyhow the breeder admitted to her that she had been scamming the AKC and that the pups mom and dad were really brother and sister but she had registered the litter with another male she had so that the AKC wouldn't acknowledge the litter as being inbred. My friend is really upset with this info, as she spent quite a bit of money on these pups and now feels that she can't register them knowing that what the breeder did wasn't honest. She wasn't planning breeding them so that's not an issue, but was planning on showing one or both of them.

Is there any way of reporting this breeder to the AKC or any other authority? What would you do?

When I came home from my week long vacation my 6 month old kitten which we have had since she was born actually peed on me! I got in bed and as usual she got on my chest to cuddle but instead she let loose, I could not believe it! That was a month ago. Now I just got back from a weekend away and she peed on my clothes from my trip that I put on the laundry room floor when came home. Could she be gettting back at me for leaving her?

they have petfinders, need good homes and love, but they are all out of state, they do not ship, and the adoption fees are high. appparently they are not that eager to find a good home.

He's a sweet dog, was obviously abused because of his actions. Hides when voices are raised, scared to death of men specifically, shakes like a leaf and hides when new people are introduced, etc... He's a great dog other than these problems: When I leave, it's like he gets angry and poos and pees on everything he can although he's been walked and done all his business - I mean I can be gone 5 minutes and he's already hit 2 rugs - and then he likes to scratch and tear the rugs up and trim when I leave. It's like he has this anxiety of being left alone. I'm always coming back - but how do I keep him from doing these things?? I've tried to kenel him, but I live in an apartment and the neighbors complain because he barks and cries the whole time I'm gone. He's six years old - is he set in his ways? He's a sweatheart, I'd hate to see him go, but I can't deal with washing rugs and replacing them and trim and anything he can get to everytime I have to go out! Please help!
