It was still very small about 3 inches long , and I just found it yesterday. It had to have been born in Aug. It has a small head with no distinctive marks.

Could be a Pine Snake Northern, non-poisonous.

Hard to say, but it could be an Eastern Milksnake, totally harmless, if that's what it is.
