I feel I should, but I don't want her to know its me... And she will probably think its her neighbor cause they are having personal issues... I don't want to make that worse or she'll end up drowning the neighbors poodle (litereally, she is thinking of doing it now!)... how to save the animals... be anyonomous... and not make her think it is the neighbor?

I want to report to the SPCA, but she'll think it is the neighbor (hopefully won't know it was me). Can't talk to her as she is agressive and always right.... No crime sommited and i can't prove conversations...

How to handle this... I don't want to leave it alone because of the cats and dogs of hers that she admits to beating when she gets upset with them!!!

Well this is a tough one but............. Personally i'd appproach him/her and tell them straight what i thought and what i was going to do about it and record the 'conversation!' on a dictaphone or something. I know your circumstances may not make that a very sensible thing to do. The only way to do something about it is to annonymously report her. It's not the best way but at the end of the day she's beating defenceless animals. Does she beat people in the street??? I bet not!!!. I'd feel more guilty doing nothing to help animals that need help because they're getting beaten than i would reporting some silly cow who doesn't deserve the pleasure of pets and could probably do with a beating of her own. Good luck please report her! Or hurt her......

call ur local police and the aspca.u can make an anonymous call.tell the cops ur afraid she'll take revenge on the neighbors poodle-they will handle it.unless she's so crazy the threat of jail doesnt scare her, once the cops talk with her-and maybe take her animals-she may yell, but she cant act-if the poodle turns up missing, she would be the prime suspect.make the call,please-its the right thing to do !!!!

OMG definitely report her. When you make a report it's all done anonymously, I reported my neighbour once and the humane society didn't even take my name just the info on the alleged abuse; I also had a polaroid picture of the dog and the conditions it was in outside with no food, water, shelter (it had been raining) and was on a 3 or 4 ft. chain :o(

Please report her, you may be those poor animals only hope.

Don't wait, turn her in TODAY!!!. You could be the only hope of a better life for these poor animal's. If she find's out it's you, so what. People like that are coward's.They take out their aggression on defensless animal's.She should go to jail. I rescue dog's and have seen the awful thing's these coward's are capable of doing . If someone doesn't step up for those animal's the poor animal will live what's left of their life in Hell. In many areas the court's will see to it she will never own an animal again. Tell her you did it. Like I said, she is a coward, I've delt with them before, when someone stands up to them, they back up in a hurry. It's embarrassing to be in trouble for doing something as weak as what she's doing.. If you sit by and do nothing you are as guilty as she is. Please help the animal's, you'll sleep better. Good luck.

Please, please, please save these animals! If you don't, the abuse will continue (and there is no telling what could happen.) There are all kinds of ways to do it anonymously. For example, do it online from a public computer, do it via telephone from a public phone, write or type out a letter and don't put your return address, ask a friend who lives in another city or state to report it for you, and the list goes on and on and on! However you choose to do it, you MUST do it! It's way more important to do what is right for these animals than to worry about how it might affect any person. Do it - anonymously or otherwise - and do it ASAP. It's probably even worse than you know. Please do the right thing!

Contact your Humane Society and tell them exactly what you have told us. As a member of my local HS, we take such calls seriously and work with law enforcement to handle the issues carefully during the investigation and throughout the course of removing the pets and documenting evidence.
We NEVER tell who called because we cannot take animals on a call.... just on what we see. And if she is beating the pets, there will be evidence.... be it a lump, or a limp.... we find it!
Do the right thing.... CALL!

I would report her and tell her to her face that I reported her. Be up front about it, and make sure your name is on the report with the SPCA, so if she does anything stupid to try to retaliate against you it can be traced. She knows she's wrong to do what she does, maybe she'll learn something. People who abuse animals deserve to be punished, there's no shame in that.

Let's see, wait until she kills the animals or turn her in and risk a nut being unhappy with you?? Seems to me a rather simple choice. We can turn a blind eye to cruelty of all kinds if we choose to, but the right thing is to take action. If the situation is investigated and no action is taken, then at least you soothed your moral conscious. Do nothing until she shows up one day and tell you about the dead animals? I would hope not .... sounds like she has problems and I wish her help, but not at the risk of the welfare of any living thing! Do the right thing ....

Well you can try to get a video of her doing it but that can fall under invasion of privacy if you shoot into her house. If you see her doing it outside rather than in the house then you can tape it. I would turn her in but as you said no proof. If you do choose to turn her in make sure to tell the neighbor to keep her Poodle in because of the threat. Sorry I can't advise you better than that.
