There is a lot of opionions that the McCanns had something to do with it, and I agree, the whole thing is very odd and fishy. What I want to know is - WHY on earth would someone pretend their child was abducted and where would they hide her? Not that I'm sayin this is the case but if they did have something to do with it the only reason I can think of would be for money and as doctors, they are hardly short of that. Could it be possible someone is blackmailing them over something?

Well of course I understand we need to be informed. But come on don’t you think it might just boost Taliban confidence by basically broadcasting they are succeeding or at least holding strong at their master plan to bring down the western civilization. Now that every media agency in the world has basically opened the report by the Defense Committee to everyone about the Taliban growing stronger than before 911 and that Al-Qaeda are gaining ground in Afghanistan & Pakistan I think we have gone nuts. What is your opinion about the media on this subject?

The government is considering plans to allow police permanent access to data from traffic cameras to track the movement of cars. The "Big Brother" plans emerged after Home Office Minister Tony McNulty announced that real-time data from London's 1,500 congestion charge cameras would be given to Scotland Yard under a temporary lifting of data protection rules. Under current arrangements, the Metropolitan Police have to ask for data from the number-plate reading cameras on a case-by-case basis.

Background notes inadvertently attached to McNulty's statement on Tuesday revealed Home Office plans to make the exemption from data protection plans permanent and to extend it across the country.

I've just read an interesting article on Sky Online with Madeleine's uncle Brian Kennedy entitled 'Madeleine's Parents About to Fly Home'. It's since been pulled and replaced with a watered down version of his interview and an 'exclusive' from the McCanns stating their intention to stay in Portugal.

Quite a telling interview, talking about parties when they return, how him and his wife were regular babysitters and in his opinion both these NHS doctors are needed in the UK and should return home.

Did anyone else manage to read it before it was pulled?

Bobby Brown has confessed he is scared of the fact that he may be a target for al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.

The singer became aware of a threat, when Sudanese writer Kola Boof wrote about the leader's alleged infatuation with his estranged wife Whitney Houston.

Brown has taken measures to increase the security around him since he read the claims.

On an Australian radio show, the Being Bobby Brown star claimed: "Come on, if anyone is threatened by al-Qaeda they'd take it seriously.

"I figure if Bin Laden wants me, and everybody is looking for him, it won't happen. But if he wants to try and find me for something so stupid, then he can if he wants. I kinda call it a message, like the one delivered in the end of the movie 2010. Should the USA should go Death Star like in Star Wars and just take an entire country off the earth? Just recent case of a Thai immigrant who abducted, raped and killed a 12 year old Zina Linnik.

This guy was tried and convicted back in 1990 of a incest crime, and still he was allowed to stay in this country?

As far as I know we do not allow criminals to enter this country why then this guy was allowed, and why won't we just deport all the illegal’s who commit crime here.
