We are a pretty fragile race and nature could care less about keeping us around. Chances are very good that we'll go extinct. The vast majority of species have gone extinct and no matter what we invent there will always be a larger destructive force in nature.

Inevitable could mean 10 years from now or 100 years from now. I think a lot hinges on how happy America is...even with all the crap going on in the Middle East and Korea, right now we are rich and are living pretty content lives. As long as we are not super-desperate for money and oil and society still runs, we are OK. Once we are not, I think the US will become the most dangerous country in the world. We got the most nukes and the superiority complex and our gov't proved that we have no problem starting a pre-emptive war to get what we want.
Still I don't think you should lose any sleep over it.

If we exchange into extinct i don't think of it particularly is going to be via us, yet via nature. we are clever adequate to benefit a thank you to evolve to circumstances. If a great war breaks out somebody has to win and to that end somebody will proceed to exist. If international warming is going on we are going to discover a thank you to proceed to exist it. we are already conscious of the possibility and a few persons are attempting to help the region. What ought to be the top human beings is a great organic disaster. Any organic disater that would not supply us adequate time to evolve. If some thing without warning happens and transformations the ambience or climate interior of a be counted of days or even weeks or maybe even months it may be demanding to proceed to exist.

no. in fact, it will never happen. People, such as environmentalist wackos, might try to start another holocaust to "save" the planet from humans. or Muslim terrorists might do so to restore a caliphate. or hundreds of other things could happen to wipe out large amounts of people, but the human race will continue. A remnant will remain.

Doesn' t look like it to me. Population numbers are growing exponentially. The only way we could go extinct is if we destroy ourselves through our on stupidity and vanity (war). I don't think it's inevitable, but it could happen.
