I was given a Spa but no manual. I cannot find a brand name anywhere, except the letters "GG" on the intake cover. Is this the name?

when i was in elementary school(4th grade) we grew a coconut throughout the whole school year. our teacher didnt plant it in any soil or anything of that nature. instead, she just placed it in a clear square glass dish with water. the coconut was submerged in water half way up. out of the pointy side, over time, it auctually started to grow a branch like thing. eventually even two really big leaves started to come out. at the end of the year i won the raffel and got to take the growing coconut home(which my friends and i broke on the street curb as soon as the bell rang). my question is, was that some sort of special coconut? or was it one that i could just buy at a grocery store and do ths? sorry if this sounds stupid. but im just not sure. to me i think i need to get a sp;ecial coconut from some place. it seems like an egg... you cant hatch an egg thats bought from stop and shop.. but can you grow a coconut that you bought there?

I know flowers in general are considered "feminine"... but lets say I wanted to put flowers in my husband's office. What kind of "manly" flowers should I choose?

Thanks...

Hi

I live in a basement with very little natural light, fairly low temperatures (although never too cold) and with above average humidity....

Is there a plant on earth that would survive this?

Ideally I want a plant for my bathroom window-ledge (a tiny bit of natural light comes in here, but the bathroom is usually the coldest and dampest) and one for my living room (no light at all but usually kept at a reasonable temp) and one for my office (there is a bigger window here).

I first joined Yahoo! Answers in December to try and save my Aloe Vera from extinction but sadly I was too late....

We have a name that needs to be removed from a veterans memorial marker. It is grey granite, the name is in black. We do not want it carved or blasted out. Is there another way to remove the name or cover it so that it won't be so obvious?

Does the temperature of the water I use to water my plants matter? I know I probably shouldn't put boiling water or ice cubes in the soil, but should the water be lukewarm? Cold? Or what? Thanks!

How do I make new building bricks look old or like reclaimed bricks? I heard putting yogurt on them helped make them age, but it might just give you a smelly wall.

Any thoughts?

They live in a vent over my garage and make a quite a mess on my vehicles (droppings, nesting material, dead baby birds, etc.). Before it's suggested, air rifles are not an option. I live in the city and it's against the law.

My apartment building is being remodeled and they took the a/c out for at least a month. And of course, it's been hitting the high 70's all week long. My apartment is miserable...and so am I. How do I create a good breeze with fan(s) and the windows/doors open?
The the fans have to be in a certain spot? If you imagine what a 90 degree angle looks like....i have a window on one side of the angle and a window and a door on the other angle. Make sense?

I know it depends on the application and I didn't specify one but I've tried Crazy Glue, Gorilla Glue, JB Weld, PC-7 and a bunch of others. Anyone have any good stories? I used Krazy Glue on a toilet bowl in 1977 and it is sealed water-tight to this day!!! Thanks in advance for your input!

These are the old style metal barn lights. I need to find where they sell new ones, rather than old ones. I have some, but they are rusted and ratty looking. They really do need to be hang down, hard wired, and NO mogul sockets. These will be used in a horse barn, so saftey is a must as well. They will not be in the reach of the horses. Thanks
