how can we get rid of the smell fast? dead animal under house?

we found a rotting animal under the house and have removed as much as possible....what can we do to hurry up and get rid of the smell which is QUITE horrible!!!

Get out as much of it as you can, even if you have to dig it out..then go to your local garden or farm store and get some Lime. (They use it in gardens) then cover the spot with it. If you boil a big pot of vinegar IN your house, it should take the smell out...but the vinegar will smell awful for a little while, but I guess that's better than a "dead" smell:) I feel sorry for you, that has to be awful:(
