There are special UV Bulbs made that can be installed in the duct system of your heating system that work extremely well on mold, germs etc.
Call 2-3 HVAC companies in your area and ask if they sell, install and guarantee them.

Um...I don't think you want to be shining UV bulbs everywhere. UV is the part of sunlight that gives you cancer... And yes, UV kills off germs(how else does the Ionic Breeze GP work?).

If you have mold and bacteria issues you may be approaching the problem all wrong. Mold can be fought off with bleach that is concentrated, as for germs, they can be cleaned with anti bacterial wipes and simple stuff like that..

im not sure it ndoes, mold is simalar to plant in its lightneeds, i know UV kills bacteria that feed algea...used in pond and water filtration systems
