I'd like to buy one sheet of round labels (probably like Avery 5293), not a whole package of 100 sheets. Is there anywhere online I can find this? (preferably in Canada because of shipping costs, but US is OK too).

I am in the process of making a quilt and I didn't pre-wash the fabric's before cutting, so I was wanting to know the safest way to wash them once I have completed the quilt. The fabric's and thread are all 100% cotton and the colors are creams, browns and reds. I know it would have been better to pre-wash first so please don't tell me that... but I started cutting the fabric's in a hurry.

I have a memory foam mattress topper that was vacuum packed in its original box, and when I took it out originally, it expanded to many, many times its original vacuum packed size.

I live far away and need to ship it to myself now, but now that it's not vacuum packed and shrunk, I can't get it much smaller than the largest of my suitcases. Is there any place that I can go to get it industrially shrink wrapped or vacuum packed (preferably in the DFW area) so that I can get it down to at least a fraction of its original size?

The home vacuum sealers won't do the trick; this mattress pad is much too strong and large for what they are intended to do. I've tried and nothing works, I'm thinking only an industrial stength vacuum packer will work.

My house was built in 1889 as a hotel in Cedar Lake, IN. It has 13 rooms, 3 floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows. I have lived here for 7 years and have yet to figure it out myself. It seems to be victorian, but I am not sure. I have found out it was built in the Victorian Age (1837-1901; not like that has to do with anything.....) but i was wondering if anyone could help me out..... there is a link to a photo taken of the house. Yes it is an actual postcard from the 1800's. I had to resize it. 63094801 pixels?!?!?!

My parents are moving into their new home and I am trying to help my mother organize her kitchen.
She has a walk in pantry, two plastic lazy suzan cupboards a tall cupboard with sliding shelves and many regular cupboards along with the slide cupboards under the counter top. She is having a hard time deciding what to put where. She has never had a lot of space until now. They live in the country so she stockpiles in case of bad weather. So we are putting extras on shelves in the basement. Any help on organizing the kitchen cupboards would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you! :)

the units had composting toilets - however, when I've used them on hikes they've been kind of smelly (though much less than a traditional outhouse!) and not something I would like attached to my house. I also have friends who are reusing their waste by composting it with layers of sawdust. Have you done this?

not made from rust-free metal? Which brain cell is someone lacking when he/she decided to use a material in the bathroom that rusts? Do they sell screws to fit my toilet seats that don't rust? Lots of questions, I know.
