Where is the best place to live in CA in terms of rent cost, jobs, life cost, safe and nice place?

The Bay Area. I grew up there. It was on a list of top 10 places to live in the US as far as schools, weather, crime, jobs, things to do, etc.... It was like number 2 or 3, number 1 being Hawaii. My brother lives in San Diego. It is a bit pricey to live, but great weather, lots of things to do, and good schools.

San Diego or nearby La Mesa, El Cajon, National City, Santee, or the beach towns in San Diego area. Check Mapquest for area location orientation or Yahoo maps. Great weather. Mountains and desert 1.5 hours drive. Freeway traffic is heavy but neighboring towns/cities well connected.

Any palce in San Diego. It's a bit pricey but the weather is great in the summer it only gets to about 95 degrees and in the winter the coldest it gets is 45 degrees and, it has beautiful beaches. It's great to live in San Diego!!!

Northern or Southern ca? I liked the UTC area in La Jolla, pricey but nice!

Our daughter taught school in Bakersfield, Calif. for several years. Really a nice town to live in, rent, food, just about everything was quite reasonable. Close enough to go to all the bigger attractions you might want to see. Safe enough, also.

I stay in Napa, Ca. that's too eye-catching for words. in case you bypass on line and seem on the genuine property web site, it would want to allow you to recognize each and each and every problem you want to attraction to close. the expenditures on each and every thing and the crime prices and how solid the colleges are. form in any city you imagine you have an interest in. solid success
