I am having work done covered by my policy.the firm doing the work
are treating me like i am getting somthing for nothing, there workmanship is at best like a d.i.y. job,there basicaly teling me like it or lump it,i have told my insurance i`m not happy can i insist on an inderpentent report by the insurance company.

I want to buy a house for $159,000, and when I do I can get the 1st home buyers grant, iam currently not working but my boyfriend brings home $550 a week and works full time at the momment.

It's the size of a sparrow. Beige colouring (or flecked), yellow flash on wings. Might have a black and white tail and has a red crest on it's beak. It's lovely. Serious answers only.

Ok, so I am supposed to be taking care of my neighbors yard while she is gone which is fine no biggie. But her maid came over and added geep (goat and sheep) poop on the bottom of the tree to well I am assuming make it better..like a fertilizer...well now the tree went from green and kinda droopy to all yellow leaves. I did what her maid said and watered it like she said.....do I let it wait out and hope it grows back or do you think I should e-mail my neighbor and tell her what happened? Should i get the maid envolved before I e-mail her? What?

A little 4 year old boy was riding a lown mower with dis dad . On the way back to there pown the boy fell off. When he fell the mower deck got turned on. The boy lost one finger , right arm cut up very badly and his keg at the knee almost cut off. Twe opperations later they may still have to cut off the keg.
One week later a 3 year old girl was walking behind her dad on a riding mower , and he backed over her. She had to have her foot cut off by doctores. Do you think there should be a law that children can not be around mowers ?

I want something to cool a small bedroom. Not looking for a ceiling fan or box fan or window unit. Is there something inexpensive that I can purchase that would do the trick? Is there a product that is similar to a ceramic space heater, except that it provides cool air? all suggestions welcome.

I just remember being scared out of my mind when the storm came thru town.
Now that I am older, I am still very afraid a tornado will come and I will be sucked up by it. I am so afraid of tornado's my new home I am planning on buying must have a basement, or I am not interested.
Is this an irrational fear? Does anyone else think about this.

My basement flooded last week due the rains and I ripped up the carpet and padding then I washed the cement floor and wood trim with bleach, will this help from getting attacked with mold or mildew? Is there anything else I can do?

I bought 2 cast iron grills from Macys. I have seasoned them. One of them (the other not used yet), continues to have crust of food after I use the iron for grilling purposes (chicken, meats, etc). I believe they are the food residue from the spices, and it's a pain to take them out.... how does one get rid of... ? Is it part of the 'new use'? Shouldnt cast Iron pots/pans/griddles/grills be smooth after seasoning them? I tried hotwater to wash the crust off but it seems stuck! Help please... I really like using it.

my venus fly trap doesn't have anytraps to eat any bugs, i cut off the traps because they turn black. now the traps won't grow fully on the other leaves. they keep turning black so i pinch them off. its been 2 months since they had any head to catch anything. is this bad? what should i do? any help? thanks :)
