have a rental that is being remodelled. Problem is the subfloor area of concern is in the subfloor under the outer wall frames. Have tried a number of enzyme odor eliminator products, clorox, baking soda and vinegar. Any other ideas? Another question is that i think the odor has permeated into the drywall of the rooms, do you think Kilz will seal the smell before painting? (I've already washed the walls with TSP. Thanks for any input.

My family just moved into a trailer. We just discovered that our hot water heater was illegal, so is the housing unit that the heater is being stored. We want to know if anyone has a tankless titan water heater in their mobile home or trailer. If so is is safe and efficient.

We are looking at the electric model.

Here are the two heaters we are looking at for our mobile home.

we recently had our basement finished. The contractor ran speaker wires in the ceiling (4) but failed to install the actual speakers or mark the locations of the wires. We don't have any interest in drilling holes in the ceiling to find wires and have the idea that they can be located by tracking an electrical charge. If so who could do this and how effective would it be in avoiding making a mess of a new ceiling?
