what is the name of one the weather thermeter and water collecter?

cant get into the water unit to put battery in. screws to tight, have a small set of screwdriver but the dont fit the screw

Is the problem really small screws??......drop into an Eyeglasses store...they have small tools Don't damage the screw heads, or you'll end up having to drill them out
