I have a dresser and it is still in good condition except that one of the drawers broke off from the dresser and I can't seem to put it back because the tracks that holds the drawer broke off. Is this something that I can fix on my own or do I have to buy a new dresser?

I have a 220 receptacle that's only drawing 110, so it's enough to run the dryer, but not enough to run the heating element. Is there any way to figure out why it's not drawing the full amount without calling an electrician??

This is my first chainsaw, and I've looked in the owner's manual; and nowhere does it give instructions to change the oil. Is there something unique about chainsaws? I constantly have to put oil in it to lubricate the chain; does the bar & chain oil work in the motor?

My coils are soooo dirty from an improperly placed filter, and ignorance of not knowing to change it frequently enough. My furnace guy left me in the dark. I had a HVAC company do a check up and my coils are dirty. They charge $195.
My ducts are also very dirty, and may have not been cleaned since the house was built, 30+ years, so I would like to get those cleaned also.
I called an air duct cleaning company, and they offered to also clean the coils in my furnace for only $75. They offered a cheaper quote because of the convenience of already being in my home for the duct cleaning. Are they qualified to do such a job? Should I worry about them doing it correctly? I would love to go with them and save over a hundred dollars. Anyone who is HVAC certified that can give me a good reason not to use the duct-cleaning company, please let me know. Has anyone had their furnace coils cleaned by a duct-cleaning company?

We are in the military and we have got orders to move in February. We have to sell our house and we don't really have time to fix it up. It is in pretty good shape but needs painting, new carpet, ect. I don't have the time to do much to it. Should I basically just sell as is and make a few allowances? How much allowance is a good amount for basic repairs. (the house has a great roof and good plumbing and a good working heating system) That is all I think really should matter anyway but does anyone have any advice for us.? We have to put it up for sale in 2 weeks. By the way we are first time sellers.

I have pretty weak water pressure in my kitchen, and thought that maybe it was the water pressure. I"ve tried different detergents, and really hope it's not the dishwasher. I'd hate to buy a new one only to find the same problem. I even tried using additives for spot-free dishes. My dishes come out with detergent all over them, mainly on the top rack. It mostly sits on the outside of the bottoms of all my glasses and cups. And my bowls have it all over them. I have to rinse off my dishes before I use them. Has anyone ever had a similar problem due to water pressure? What causes this?
