I live in north Texas and it's a 2 story condominium complex, 8 units in each of 10 buildings (80 units total).

I have a guy that washes our windows but we are a single level home. So I called him with your question and he said probably $5 per window on your 80 unit complex. He said he would have to see a job before bidding as access to the windows would make a difference.

Just trying to give you an idea of what a pro would charge in my area. Central Valley, CA.. He said he has clients with similar units.

It depends on where you live and the rate of pay in your area. If you are in a highrise in NYC expect to pay $100+ an hour. If you live in small town USA you can find someone for minimum wage.
