Let the blood dry and take a razor blade and scrape it right off a little at a time just like removing dry paint from glass.

I imagine Windex would work pretty well. I'd pretreat with a little bleach to kill any germs that are around. What are you planning on doing with the body?

Not sure of the question.. IF it is on the glass.. you can use a razor blade first or one of those blade scrapers to get the coat off and then use windex

The big trick is to hurry and get it off before it dries. Ammonia and water will help get that stuff off. Wear gloves and make sure you don't leave any fingerprints.
