The thermocouple was relaced yesterday, but this morning, out again. It is located in the attic. Plumber that was here mentioned no ventilation, but wouldn't that have put the pilot out for the last 5 months, not just the last 2-3 weeks daily? And isn't that what the flue vent is supposed to do? I am frustrated and looking for the next step to take to keep the pilot lit. Any ideas?

It recently started dripping water to the inside, not outside. Even if I lower it down to low cool or pretty much at any setting its doing the same thing. What could it be, and how can I fix it?

My roof has hard water stains, from a leaky swamp cooler. I fixed the cooler problem but now I have hard water stains on my roof. I am not sure whether to paint them or try to clean the hard water stains. I have a power washer but I am afraid it will damage the roof shingles. If I go with the paint what type should I use? Would CLR work better? any suggestions?thanx in advance!

Is there a product that I can pour on and then use a squeegy to level? If I can get it level then I want to cover it with the interlocking plastic squares I have seen on tv. Thanks.

This is the first year that we have had a pool. We have only had it for a week and we have shocked it and added clarifier but the water will not clear up. The pH is 7.4 which is pretty balanced. My children are going crazy because they want to swim, can someone help?

The washer is on a wall in which the other side of the wall is in our garage. Yesterday I noticed that water was seeping out underneath that wall onto the garage floor. Again, the floor all around the washer itself is dry. Any ideas on how this happened, and how much it could be to repair?

I have an old rechargeable weed whacker (Toro) that still works, but the old battery won't take a charge anymore. Is it possible to replace the old battery with a new one, or should I buy a new weed whacker. Mine is about 15 years old.

Currently, the garage is lower than the driveway and part of the land. The driveway sloped towards the garage but it is going to be replaced and corrected. The slab in the garage is bad but I will be pouring a 4" layer of concrete on top of it. This is why I want to raise the garage to then put 4" block on the footings.

Thanks for your input.

We told our LL that we had a bug problem that he needed to do something. He gave us $10 out of rent to buy bug bombs. We bought a few and they made the problem worst. Out of our money we bought Raid bombs and they made it worst. We came home both times and the walls and ceilings were covered with live bugs. Just a couple days ago my husband and I had to take our 1 year old daughter to the ER for what we thought was an ear infection but they removed a cockroach out of her ear. We can't live like this anymore. Everynight bugs are falling on us and they are all over my baby's bed. We even bought those things you plug in but they just hide from the noise. When it comes to the mice problem he tells us to get a cat. We can't I am allergic and also pregnant so I can't change the litter box. The LL also has repairs he has to make from the people who lived here before us. Holes in the wall in my daughters room, and a missing pole from the banister that my daughter can fall through. Please Help
