you should be able to it sounds like your drain pipe going to your septic tank so no real water pressure should be behind it..give it a try and if dont work call a plumber

It's doubtful that any kind of sealant is really going to repair a waste pipe. You should probably consult a plumber as soon as possible to get the pipe replaced. Otherwise, you'll have a lot of bacteria and stench forming in the cellar very soon, and it's unhealthy.

you can buy several things there are patch kits for these pipes there are also pipe clamps if it is in the middle of the pipe but sooner or later the pipe will need to be replaced and depending on the pipe whether the whole pipe needs replacing or just a section I would patch or clamp if possible and save money for plumber which eventually will need calling

Go to a Home Depot or Lowes and get fiberglass patch kit. Get alot of it ad follow the directions. I just sealed a leak in a vent pipe for my plumbing. Just find someone to help you in that section of the store. Tell them you problem and what you want. they will no exactly what you're looking for
