Is there a product that I can pour on and then use a squeegy to level? If I can get it level then I want to cover it with the interlocking plastic squares I have seen on tv. Thanks.

before any concrete repair you need to clean it well...i would use a pressure washer first if you can to blast any lose spots free then clean it with a scrub brush and a mixture of masonry acid from home depot and after it has dryed for a day or so you can fill the pits and holes with many different patching products like vinyl concrete patch or a self leveling type of patch there are also bonding agents like acril 60 (mostly laytex) or other brands you can treat the concrete with first to insure a good adhesion then mist the patch with a light water bottle to keep it moist the slower things dry the better...then use a epoxy floor paint to go over the whole floor it will last and hold up great

There is a product called "Quick Patch", a powder mixed with water, much like a buttery cement. It dries fairly quickly. Must be smoothed out, usually done by scraping with a blade tool . Sanding is a mess. There's also "Latex Patch", needs overnight drying, unless that's changed recently. If the pitting is deep, needs several light coats to avoid shrinking.
Bad leveling can be a trick. If the floor slants and you have to level, think about the build up at the lowest walls and any door openings.
Floorcovering stores have this as well as Home DePot/ Lowes.

Good luck

Fixall works pretty good for filling the holes. A good coat of thick floor paint after that will finish it nicely.
