Sounds like you need a charge of refridgerant.

depends....what region are you in...if it is hot where you are then it may not cool as efficiently and you'd like...check to make sure the air filter is not touching any coils...check for ice and/or water...also try shutting off for 3 minutes and then turn back on....is the compressor coming on?... may also need to be recharged....you can buy a recharge kit for around $30....if no cold air at all and just feels cool like a fan, then the latter is probably your problem
