are chamomile clover or daisy a possibility, or do these live symbiotically with grass....unable to grow as a monoculture?

thymes are scented, but they look straggly and grow too high.

would saxifrage work, or are the too delicate.

in all of the above..i am thinking of very minimal wear from shoes...as i would like to walk on it barefoot to relax, revitalise and be kind to my feet......after all theyve done for me !!

I have two lilacbushes that are probably forty years old and twenty feet high. I cut off some of the old stems near the base last year understanding that new shoots would come up. They didn't. My understanding was that the new shoots would produce flowers in two years. Any suggestions as to what went wrong?

I do not want something that is going to hurt the deer in any way. I just want something that will discourage them from eating my flowers - perhaps something they do not like the smell of.

My parents recently purchased 88 acres of flat, mostly wooded, residential land. It is about an hour away from where I live. It is near a town with about 11,000 people. The land just sits there with nothing on it.

Any suggestions on how I can take advantage or this situation? (Whether it be for fun or business).

I cut the grass on my lawn on saturday, but today i noticed a large amount of what look like mushrooms have sprung up since then, all over the lawn! They are brown and have no markings. Are these mushrooms or toadstools? Also, how did they grow so quick? Like I said I only cut the grass saturday and there was no sign of them then.

My roommate and i were just wondering what kind of flower this was. Its tall and green and looks very similar to leeks but longer/taller in size. They have white flower buds that look like they will open big. The buds look they will open to big bloom flowers with long white soft petals that have like a mini wavery thing going on.
The main point is they are just very tall and looks just like leeks but with white buds at the top.
