you can plant Garlic in the fall(now) for harvest next July.
peas should be in around St. Patrick's day if there is no snow on the ground, or the first day the snow is gone after that. When your Peas have 2 sets of leaves, plant your spinach,lettuce, radishes,carrots,Broccoli,Beets.After the frost free date in your area, plant the "tender" stuff like Zucchini,Pumpkin, tomatoes,eggplant,celery,.....
