One of my lotus is keep on drying.i already put the fertilizer but still no different.only this particular pot

i put two pot of lotus plant in one pond.one of it keep on dying .

Repot the one that keeps dying. Remove all the soil from that plant, check it for grubs, worms, other insects, rinse roots.
