My mom won't buy any water and the only water that she wants to use is tap water, and it hasn't rained for days, so I can't collect any water.
What should I do?
My mom is really mad at me because of this, so she's not gonna buy anything.
Really, WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!

I have a peach tree in my front lawn. There is no room to work anything into the soil as it is surrounded by grass. How can I fertilize it with organic fertilizers without destroying or burning the lawn? What kind of fertilizers should I use?

Ok, now this beats all. There are butterfly bushes where I work. A small group of people renting from us complained that the bushes were attracting butterflies (duh!) and that the butterflies were pooping on their cars and they wanted the bushes removed. Does anyone out there know anything about butterflies and if they poop enough to notice? This is so ridiculous that it's comical! I say replace the bushes with mulberry trees!

why don't you produce in product-line? it's more convenience than 2-doors and I think it's popular than 2-doors.

I am a landscaper and use to using the cheaper broadcast spreaders that you find at Home Depot, Scotts Speedy Green 3000 for example.

But I see a lot of landscapers hauling around these more heavy duty looking, round barrel shaped broadcast spreaders with rubber tires all the time, and was wanting to know the reason why?

I checked the prices of these spreaders and they are nearly 3 x the price of the Scotts Brand Spreaders you find at Home Depot.

Are they really worth it, if you are doing a lot of seed and fertilizer spreading?

Do they hold a lot more seed? Do they spread more accurately? More evenly? What exactly?? Why??

Thanks for you answers!

How do you keep all the regular grass out of your monkey grass? Mine is surrounded by sidewalk and the grass doesn't even come in contact with it but grass is always somehow getting all in there. Is there some way to stop this?

I would like to take both lettuce and caterpillar out to the garden, but the lettuce, having no roots, would not support the caterpillar for long. Fortunately there was another lettuce from our organic delivery to go with our pizza tonight. Can it only eat lettuce or can it also eat other green plants or grass?

We have a monkey puzzle tree in our yard that is starting to go to seed on a few of the branches. As I understand it there is up to 100 seeds in a single pod / branch end.The interesting thing about this to me is that apparently they are selling for up to five bucks a seed on e-bay..... NICE....!!

You know... it comes with like 5, 10, sometimes 15 year warranty (against weeds). What a joke! I've never had fabric that my dandilions & crabgrass weren't able to break through in 3-6 months. I've always been lazy to bother complaining. But I think now I'm sufficiently mad to actually do it. Has anyone done this before? Any tips?

I have lots of pachysandra that's fighting with dandelions and other weeds. I remove the weeds but they come back. I'm thinking of using a chemical (round up) on the weeds and then mulching. Problems is, it would require a lot of mulch and I'm kinda broke. I have two large long needle pine trees and many, many pine needles. Do you think I can just use needles as mulch? The pachysandra is around a huge poplar tree, BTW, so the leaves will come down on it. Not sure if I'll accomplish anything with needles anyway. What do you think? I live in Maryland.
