I want to make a small area for me to park my trailer and I would like it to be on that brown coloured pea gravel or River rock, dont know what it is called.

How many bags do you think i need?

How many times do you need to ask this question? I would estimate the amount to be 3 imperial tonnes.

Well, you don't want river rock for sure because it is too large, too round and too slick. Definitely not good for driving or parking on. I couldn't even imagine walking on it and it is more commonly used for decorative purposes. However, having said that, I honestly don't know how good pea gravel would be either but it would be better than river rock. I'd use just plain ordinary driveway gravel. Maybe you should go to a quarry and talk to someone who works there. You can even take a look at what they have and they can tell you if it is appropriate and how much you would need.
