ive seen waynes coating made on the t.v shows like tading spaces and so forth but, they never go into in-depth details. Ive been told that you can use oak veneer panel boards and then make the frame like trim. does anyone have any suggestions or ideas. I prefer the stained waynes coating(my crown moulding is wood-stained). what I need is just the info on the types of wood to use and what kind of trim to make it look professional

I am getting ready to put in new lighting in my utility room and kitchen. On the new lights it says houses wired before 1985 were usually wired with 60 celsius wiring and this lighting requires 90 celsius. I have done some wiring but can not remember if it says the celsius on the insulation or not and do not know how to find out if it is not marked on the insulation.
