The handle has come off of the zipper on my son's toddler couch, and now I can't get the cover off. I tried pulling on it with pliers, but they slip off before the zipper even moves. Any other suggestions?

I have simple two-story house with an attached two-car garage on the side. This summer, I am thinking of painting the exterior of my house. My problem is how to reach the second floor sidings (and all the way to the roof) on the side where the garage is. I need to paint the siding on my house which is above the garage. Since the garage has a sloped roof, I do not think it is safe to use a ladder there. I am not sureif I can rent some sort of sacffoling for that or find a ladder base or something like that! Can you give me some ideas.
Thank you all in advance.

I am looking for an "automatic drip" or replenishment system for keeping my toilet bowls full of water. the toilets at my vacation home are bone dry and it leaves a ring in the toilet. I thought maybe there is something like what folks use for a pets water dish that it fills up the water bowl after the pets have drank enough water. sometimes we are not there for months on end and the water is all evaporated...

I am moving in January, and I want my room looking great. My room color is going to be a light green. I have a loft bed from rooms-to-go. (similar to a bunk bed but it has a desk underneath) that has a wooden desk, and is silver and black. then I have a wooden frame futon(it looks like a normal bed...it just can be folded) then a tall dresser, normal dresser, and a book shelf. What are some ways I can arrange these, and what are some things I can decorate with? I want to save as much money as possible.
