use clorox (or any chlorine bleach), a nylon bristle brush and detergent
Measure equal parts of clorox and water and put it in a plastic spray bottle. Spray the tiles and apply a little ammount of detergent powder and scrub it using a nylon brush. Always use rubber gloves while doing this. Leave it for 30 minutes or more and rinse with water.

Tilex helps alot --as well as dish washing soap(dawn, pamolive, etc)
Spray down with tilex and let sit--respray and then go in with the dishwashing soap and a old wash cloth--
Make sure you wear gloves, and that the area is good and venilated!

"Kaboom". Available at Walgreen's, Lowe's, dollar store, etc. Spray on. Wipe with rag in 2 or 3 minutes. Do not let it dry. No harsh smell.
