use clorox (or any chlorine bleach), a nylon bristle brush and detergent
Measure equal parts of clorox and water and put it in a plastic spray bottle. Spray the tiles and apply a little ammount of detergent powder and scrub it using a nylon brush. Always use rubber gloves while doing this. Leave it for 30 minutes or more and rinse with water.
