I purchased a griddle pan at a local department store. When I got it home, I found that the manufacturer's sticker would not come off the bottom of the pan. I've tried soaking the pan in hot water and soap, scrubbing relentlessly and running it through the dishwasher. Any good ideas?

My Maytag 1994 stacking washer/dryer agitator stopped working and smelled like it the motor was burning up. It makes a whining noise and won't move. I assume repairing it might cost $500 or more. Is it worth it?

I posted a question about removing a stain from a black polo shirt a couple of days ago. I was recommended by someone to not dry it and use zout. Unfortunately, zout did not remove the stain and I used quite a large amount on the stain too. I have some other stains that are stained that are white. Is bleach the only option? And what to do about ink stains on jeans? Thanks.

I have a gas dryer now, but moving and might need to switch to an electric and I do a ton of laundry with 3 kids. Just curious if it was worth having my gas turned off for 2 days to have it stubbed out to use the gas dryer or not! Thanks!

I have floor tile in the bathrooms and entryway and am looking for the best way to clean and seal them. I also have hardwood in the kitchen and am not sure how often to clean it and treat it other than just running a dust mop over it every couple days. The house is new and I would like to keep it looking that way as long as possible!
