Often times a stane is well set by heat washing or drying and nothing will get the stain out, therefore since you have nothing to loose you can experiment with commercial stain removers you might think too strong to use otherwise. I like Oxyclean and if it is ink as suggested, I use a hair spray on the stain, then bleach. But if its set this will just make it change color if it has any effect.
Good luck.

Try pouring WHISK laundry soap or DAWN dish washing liquid -(the green apple scent-- why I don't know) on the spot - take a nail brush and "lightly" brush over the stain with a little water. Do this for 1 to 2 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of days and wash with your next load.
I have two kids and all stains are UNKNOWN. This has worked for me.
Good Luck!!!!

Coke from the can. Pour a little on the spot. Let it sit for a few hours, pour some more on, scrub with old toothbrush and then wash in machine.

You could try putting liquid laundry soap directly on the stain and rubbing it out and then rinse the soap out in the sink.
