In my opinion, the Kirby vacuum is the best. My family has asthma and allergies. We tried 3 different vacuums from 3 different brands and all would aggravate our allergies or asthma right after vacuuming. You could always "smell" when you vacuumed (and we have no pets). Once we purchased a Kirby, we no longer had any problems. This is better than any HEPA filter vacuum in my opinion. It gets down deep into your carpet. It can also vacuum out dead skin several layers deep from your mattress. That is how powerful it is.

I have to warn you that they are VERY expensive. But they are known for lasting generations, literally. One Kirby will last your family a lifetime, other wise you can plan on going through 2-4 vacuums during your "family time" years, and it won't be as clean as a Kirby.

If you can't afford one new, you can often find used ones for sale. Seriously, even a 10 year old Kirby is better than a brand new Hoover or Eureka. I couldn't afford a new one and bought the 2000 Kirby a few months ago. It has been worth every penny!

Panasonic nonetheless do a bagged one - Argos sell it. I had the kind earlier it and it become an excellent gadget, effective sufficient for me. the recent one is greater effective, so i could say Panasonic. I have been given a bagless Vax one now (My trusty Panasonic ultimately kicked the bucket after some years tricky artwork) and that i desire I had never offered it - I hate cleansing the dirt out and that's a beast to circulate approximately! I desire i could caught with Panasonic.

Ugh, I think Dyson win by a long run. We went to a retailer and tested all the vacs they had, then you can decide for yourself what you like best. Do look for how easy it is to get repairers and matience in your area, its a pain when you have to wait weeks because they have sent your vac over seas for repairs.

My vote goes to Kirby also, they are amazing machines with various features and attachments. We never had any problems with the machine thus far.
