I cut my leg while shaving last night and the cut was (apparently) still bleeding when I put my pajamas, the stain didn't come out in the wash, and it's a blue fabric so I can't bleach it. The material is 100% cotton. What's the best way to get this out?

I just got this place and I don't think it's infested however I keep seeing the little critters (roaches) all over. In a space of 1 week, I've: went thru 2 cans of roach spray, 3 foggers and 3 raid fumigators....I did put some boric acid down. How long will it take, I have YET to move in.....recommendations? (serious replies only)

I have some clothes that say wash on the "gentle" cycle. I don't see the word gentle on my washer? Is it the same as permanent press or the short cycle?

the film appeared one time after I washed the glasses in the dishwasher. They are clean but I do not use them because they look terrible.

One of my cats suddenly began to urinate on anything left on the drier - so I stopped leaving things there. But today she urinated on the drier's lint collector cover (on top of our drier) and the smell is all in the drier!
PLEASE DON'T JUST SUGGEST TO GET ANOTHER DRIER OR TO GET RID OF MY CAT!

I wash my t-shirts thoroughly, they smell great coming out of the washer and dryer, I fold them and stack them neatly in the dresser drawer. There's nothing in that drawer but clean t-shirts, yet whenever I pull one out, they always have an unattractive, odd smell to them. I often have to rewash one or spray it with Febreeze just to wear it, and Febreeze isn't completely effective.

Other clothes in the dresser pick up the odor too, but nothing ends up smelling as bad as my t-shirts. They seem to pick up the odor the worst, and of course they're worn closest to the face, so it's pretty difficult to ignore the scent. It's not a chemical or food-like odor, so I'm sure that it's about the wood. I'm told that my dresser is made of maple.

I'd considered sachets, but I wasn't sure if that would be effective enough to spend the money, or if there might be any other solutions, perhaps even some old-fashioned remedy from back in the day when more things were still made of real wood.

He has them contained in a run by the Fence. The odor of poop effects our use of the back yard and we can't keep our bedroom window open nightly! The Town claims they are powerless to act, since there are no laws regarding this! Constructively speaking, I am looking for an answer to this problem that affects our quality of life! I don't want to cause harm to the animals because it's not their fault, who can come up with a clever idea that would want the owner to move his dogs closer to his house!

Whoever has the best answer to this complex problem will get the strongest reccomendation to win with Yahoo!!

Some people even iron underwear and towels!! I don't iron anything. I fold or hang things carefully. I send shirts away to be ironed for £5 every two weeks. What's the point in having an iron?
