It really isn't that difficult, dear!!!
(I am a mom of two sons)
Try using "Shout" or "Biotox" or similar sprays, obtainable form any supermarket. Spray on to the marks. Wait a few seconds. Rub until marks disappear (This is all sounding unintentionally raunchy)
Then put in the wash with biological washing powder.
If this doesn't work, soak it biological washing powder.
Or use bleach.
Or clean your bum more effectively.
Always works for me!!!

If the skiddmarks are on white underpants try stain removers. If they are still there try peroxide and sun light. Still there??? Put a small amount of clorox in the wash water, churn it a bit then add the underpants this has worked for me when doing laundrey and finding this problem too. Even works on colored ones as long as you are very sparinging on the clorox. Use about a table spoon full to a small load of clothes. Let washer "chug them around" a few mins. then run wash to the end.The stains should be gone. If you can find someone who sells LOC it will remove stains too.

Get some brown pants!
Stop farting!
See the Dr maybe it's a medical problem that makes you do the skidmarks in the first place.
It should just wash out though.

Have you tried a 60 degree wash and using Vanish stain remover on the stains beforehand? Maybe the poo stains will just disintegrate then?
My God I can't believe I just answered a question like this...but for the 2 points! ;o)

Soak them overnight before washing, in a bucket of hot (not b oiling) water with a good scoop of Arial washing powder, and wash them on 60 degree cycle.

have you ever heard of kim and aggie???? apparently a paste made from bicarbonate of soda and vinegar will take out almost any stains! lol although you would probably be better off buying some new underwear and using baby wipes and toilet roll next time for extra protection!

Mix oxy-clean with water into a paste apply and rub into the fabric and then leave it soak. My kid did that in his shorts and it looked like someone gutted a deer, but I got the stains out.
